What started as tired, forgotten outbuildings became a stunning holiday let over the course of a six-month transformation.

The garages had stood unused for many years, falling into disrepair. Our client saw potential where others might have seen only rubble – the opportunity to create unique holiday accommodation in the heart of Shardlow.

Our team began by carefully stripping the buildings back, ensuring the structures were safe and sound before starting the rebuild. We managed every stage of the process, from structural alterations and roofing, Air source heat pump, underfloor heating, pumping station installation, through to utilities.

Rather than erase the history of the buildings, we worked to highlight their character. Original features were restored where possible, blending charm with modern comforts. The end result is a stylish holiday let that feel warm, welcoming, and full of personality.
